DELIVERY INFOS 

All orders placed before 2.00pm gmt will be shipped out the same day.

Any orders received after this time will be shipped the following day.

If your order is placed after 2.00pm gmt on a friday, or over the weekend, your order will be shipped on the following monday.

All orders come up with a tracking.

International customers 

For customers outside the EU, please note item price and shipping cost are not inclusive of any customs or import duties.

These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.

Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these additional costs are prior to purchase.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are happy to refund or exchange any full price Rainodd items in new, unworn condition with original tags and packaging (if possible) within 30 days from the delivery date.

Please note we are only able to exchange like for like product, eg. A colour way or size swap.

For refunds, we will refund your method of payment for the purchase price, less shipping, once we receive your return package, within 10 working days.

We will refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error. For instance; if we sent you the wrong item or if the item is damaged or faulty.

We will not refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by you.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to obtain proof of postage and send via a tracked method. If there are any discrepancies in your order, please email us at customerservice@rainodd.com


Rainodd return process is quick and easy thanks to our return form page questionnaire .


Please follow the steps below to return your goods:
 
1. Please go on our return form page and just follow the questionnaire process. 
2. Enter your email and order number. Select the item(s) you want to return or exchange. Select the reason you want a refund/exchange and that’s it.
You will get a confirmation email within 2 days with the shipping guidelines once return request is approved
3. Once your return is approved please send the item back via a tracked service, of your choice, to:

Please retain the tracking number to check that the parcel has been signed at our warehouse before contacting us.

4. Once our warehouse receives the returned products and we have checked that the returned products have not been damaged or otherwise diminished, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your refund, it may take 5 working days for the funds to show in your account.


We reserve the right to send the goods back to you or to not issue a refund if the return does not comply with our return policy.

Please note that you have the right to return goods which are faulty or which are not as described on our website. These apply whether you are a customer located in the eu, or elsewhere.
